He’s the ‘troubleshooter’ – providing deep-dives, diagnoses, program design and deployment – joining the team after a long career with both BBDO and Ogilvy in Canada, USA, Mexico, UK, Australia and Singapore.

He started life as an account guy but mutated over the years into operations, which covered contractual operations, client negotiations, operating model and organisational development, significant training and behind-the-scenes executive coaching, as well as development of innovative commercial arrangements for a range of major companies including Unilever, BAT and GSK.

He has a passion for training and development and served as agency talent/training leader in Houston, Melbourne and Singapore, and continues to actively train, facilitate and mediate with a range of Fortune 500 companies.
